On this day in the USA, July 12: The minimum wage is implemented, the first Etch a Sketch went on sale and the Surgeon Generals warns that cigarettes kill. This is day 9 of the this day in the usa project- and you- my fellow scholars- are in on the ground floor. I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
