On July 22 1991, Jeffrey Dahmer confessed to killing 17 males- during a span of time that dated from 1978 to 1991. Dahmner’s style made him one of the mot infamous serial killers in American history- most of his victims were raped and tortured- had their limbs removed, died, raped again, cut into 8 once patties, frozen and later sold at the all natural famers market in Union Square.
