The 14th Amendment ♦ This Day in the USA ♦ July 28

ON july 28 1868 a proclamation certifying without reservation that the 14th amendment was part of the US Constitution was issued redefining citizenship to embrace African Americans. While the Civil Rights Act of 1866 had already granted citizenship to all people born in the US- rednecks and the ancestors of the RON PAUL REVOLUTION would be hard at work declaring that act unconstitutional. But a thing can’t be unconstitutional if it is in the Constitution, can it?

Dahmner’s style made him one of the mot infamous serial killers in American history- most of his victims were raped and tortured- had their limbs removed, died, raped again, cut into 8 once patties, frozen and later sold at the all natural famers market in Union Square.
