Albert Einstein said: “Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.” On August 2 1939- Albert Einstein sent the first of his four letters to President FDR urging him to develop the capacity for an Atomic Bomb.

And 6 years later- nearly to the day- an entire city was incinerated in an instant. Today, we have on alert, enough nuclear weaponry to extinguish all human life forms on the planet many times over.

This Einstein fella must have been a good writer.

ON july 28 1868 a proclamation certifying without reservation that the 14th amendment was part of the US Constitution was issued redefining citizenship to embrace African Americans. While the Civil Rights Act of 1866 had already granted citizenship to all people born in the US- rednecks and the ancestors of the RON PAUL REVOLUTION would be hard at work declaring that act unconstitutional. But a thing can’t be unconstitutional if it is in the Constitution, can it?
